Swiss E-Commerce Connect

At the Swiss E-Commere Connect event in Zürich, I was invited to talk about Nespresso Customer Experience. Whilst the conference was focusing on E-Commerce, I am a strong believer in total customer experience that includes all channels. Thinking in channels doesn't work anymore, as the consumers navigates through all channels and expect to have a seamless experience.
